About

Calicofur is Dreamstar's best friend, a sweet, gentle medicine cat.  The calico sweetheart is mentioned in Sunlit Snowdrift as Leafpool's apprentice, but doesn't become a main character 'til Invasion.  She is the sister of Robinpelt, Dreamstar's former fling, but has no doubts about who's right when her brother steals the kits.  She falls in love with Spiderleg, something forbidden, but he dies before he discovers he will be a father.  Two kits were born, one stillborn, and the other called Nightkit, who is being raised by Dreamstar's former apprentice, Palelegs. 

Being one of Sorreltail's kits, Calicofur was born in Twilight, and completed her warrior training before deciding to become a medicine cat.  In Invasion, Leafpool died, making her become the new medicine cat.  She is one of the few who knows about Windstar and Dreamstar's relationship, and hides the fact about her hidden son.
